• Is the subscription payed yearly?

  Yes, the subscription is the total yearly cost for using our e-commerce software along with secured cloud hosting.

• Can I pay monthly?

  Yes. however, you pay the full amount of the subscription (without availing any discounts). But going for annual subscription would give you better insight of running the online business in the long run.

• Are additional fees counted from sales profit?

  No, it's absolutely ZERO commission on sales.
  The only cost that you incur in terms of using Zencommerce, is a yearly subscription and nothing more. We want you to concentrate on your orders and consider Zencommerce as your technological partner.

• Why did I receive an pro-forma invoice when I am using 14 days trial period?

  DO NOT WORRY! By using 14-days trial period of the Zencommerce store and accepting to the Terms of Service, you have registered a place for yourself on our server, which involves issuing a pro-forma invoice but you need not worry about it, as company offers you totally free license for the next 14 days from the day of registration. If you want to extend the trial period of the license you can simply call Zencommerce at +91 22 27729229 or email to [email protected] Upon that you also have the right to extend this trial period for over a week to explore the Ecommerce platform more deeply.

  You can pay for the license if you are completely satisfied after trying for the platform for 14 days before the end of the trial store or at the end of the trial period. You can also convert the same trial store into the paid one this means you can make a complete Ecommerce store for you on trial version and later convert the same to the paid account. So whatever experiment you have performed on the trial account can all be converted to LIVE.
  After completion of 14-days of trial, non payment of submitted invoice would result in disconnection of trial shop from the server and the trial store would no longer be active (it would be shut down permanently). However, making a payment according to the delivered invoice (before the end of trail version) will allow to start the full version of the store. An GST invoice would be submitted to you after converting the license to paid one. You can take input Credit of the GST invoice if you have a valid GST number with you. (do remember to submit your GST certificate with our executive or email us on [email protected]).

• What price is after a year?

  Package Gold - $ 899 month, Package Platinium - $ 1799 month, Package Diamond - $ 2999 month (excluding GST).
  However all payments are collected for one full year.

• Where can I download a trial version of the store?

  This is an online web software kind of web-application So there is nothing called as downloading of software. The WHOLE WEBSHOP can be tested free for 14 days by simply providing your email address, just click on "Open a store" button present above on this page and in the third step, select "I want to try the shop for free". You would be granted access to the free license which would be valid for 14 days and the same license can be extended or it can also be connected to your own domain name (example: www.yourcompany.com) once paid. Domain name comes free with platinum and diamond packages. Most of our customers choose platinum package.

• Do I have to buy server to start selling?

  No. All is covered by us, you concentrate on sales.

• Does the store support foreign languages?

  Yes, thanks to the possibility of single-handed edition of phrases in the admin panel you can launch your store in any language.

• Can I integrate the store with my own selling software?

  Yes, you can integrate the store with any software that can use Zencommerce API interface.
